In general, website hosting comes with one of many challenges: helping customers go from a blank WordPress install to a full website. I’m going to look at a tool from 10Web in a full white-label AI website builder review. Let me show you what I’ve found!

10Web Review: Fast Facts

  • The ability to bundle 10Web’s AI website builder alongside hosting using one of a few integrations.
  • Complete with white-labeling to show your branding throughout with no visible 10Web references.
  • Website generation using AI that creates complete WordPress sites from business descriptions in around a minute.

The Problem 10Web’s White-Label Solution Solves

Modern customers arrive with expectations shaped by AI tools. They’ve seen ChatGPT, Claude, and myriad other LLMs spin up websites almost immediately. Meanwhile, your reseller hosting comes with a blank WordPress installation and leads your clients to wonder why building their website will take weeks instead of minutes. This expectation gap is one of the biggest friction generators – and it can cost you time, money, and the customers themselves.

A typical workflow for the user might involve discovery sessions, design iterations, development sprints, and rounds of revisions. Even with WordPress page builders and templates, building their custom WordPress site can take weeks. During this time, impatience will grow, the scope will creep, and they might turn to another tool altogether.

Many other website builders promise instant results too, but they sometimes lack the customization and control customers need. As a result, you are often stuck between two poor options: offer solutions that don’t meet the user’s needs or lose new business.

10Web’s white-label AI builder solution looks to eliminate these gaps. Now, you can bundle AI website building capabilities alongside your hosting to help your customers build a complete WordPress website in an instant. All this while they maintain full control over the customization.

10Web’s White-Label Website Builder Review: How the Builder Works

The AI Website Builder gives you a rapid deployment process. You’ll use WP Toolkit, Plesk, or WebHostManager to package up the builder’s plugins, third-party plugins, and any theme sets you offer. This lets you offer your users a fast and friction-free setup through a familiar UI.

The general workflow for the user is to install the plugin bundle then use the branded interface and typical AI prompting techniques to describe your needs. From there, the AI will analyze the description and generate a complete website structure within a minute or two.

The fully functional WordPress site that appears will include relevant content, images, and complete page structures.

It’s worth noting that generated sites aren’t simply templates with placeholder content. Each site features all of the aspects you’d expect from a new site build:

  • Unique layouts based on the business type.
  • Relevant and contextual copy for the specific industry you state.
  • Complete page structures (such as Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.)

There’s also image generation courtesy of DALL-E:

Users can customize the site as much as they need through either a visual editor or a conversational chat interface. Of course, the editing experience maintains your branding throughout too.

10Web’s White-Label Website Builder Review: The Key Functionality

10Web uses Open AI and Elementor to generate context-relevant websites through natural language processing. The system also includes layout optimization based on the content type and industry requirements. It handles different niches well and although I’ve had limited use with the tool so far, I feel it has a decent understanding of industry-specific needs and conventions.

First off, here’s a quick list of what’s important within the package:

  • You’re able to generate websites using a human-readable prompt (your business’ description in this case) within about a minute.
  • Using the built-in AI CoPilot assistant, you can adjust all aspects of your generated site through a chat window interface.
  • Because the builder is built on top of Elementor, you have access to 50 (and more!) custom widgets.

The white-labeling is extensive. Everything runs on your custom domain with system emails sent from there rather than 10Web’s servers. You can customize all of the editing tools, flows, and interfaces with your branding so it will look as though it’s a part of your infrastructure.

If you (likely) serve e-commerce clients, the AI can generate complete online stores. This includes WooCommerce installation and configuration, creating logical product category structures, generating sample product pages with relevant descriptions, and setting up cart and checkout pages with payment gateway placeholders.

10Web’s White-Label Website Builder Review: How to Set Up White-Labelling for the AI Website Builder

Getting started with 10Web’s white-label builder involves a straightforward setup process that I’ll walk you through. First, you’ll need to schedule a consultation with their team to discuss your needs and receive custom pricing based on your volume and requirements.

Once you’re set up, you can upload your logo through the 10Web Partner Dashboard’s Branding screen.

Next, check out the Setup Guide screen, which contains the plugin file you’ll need to bundle up for customers:

Apart from the plugin file, this screen gives you walkthroughs to package your plugin file and deliver it.

Using the AI Website Builder: A Quick Overview for Clients

It’s worth running through how a customer will generate sites once everything is set up. First, head into WordPress and check out the AI Builder page. This will show a button to generate your site:

The Generate Website button within 10web the AI builder.

Clicking this runs you through a wizard to assist with the process. This will ask you questions about the niche you’re targeting in order to build a site structure. This screen in particular is impressive as you see your sitemap generating in real time:

Once it completes, you can browse around the tree diagram, add pages, and even re-prompt the AI to customize a section:

Customizing a section using a prompting interface within the AI Builder.

Here, you can type your requests (maybe “Make the header darker” or “Add a testimonials section”) and watch the changes happen in real-time.

If you click the Next button, you can customize the typography and colors. Once you click the Generate button here, the AI will build your site. From here, the Elementor-based interface provides drag-and-drop editing with over 50 widgets:

Your users can make changes themselves here, or you could handle customization as part of a service offering if it fits your business model. If you already know Elementor, you’ll know this!

Target Audience: Is This Right for Your Hosting Business?

As you might already realize, the white-label AI builder will be best for hosting companies that create multiple WordPress installs per month and have a varying user base – practically every company!

Of course, there are different types of hosting provider, and if you serve small to medium businesses that need websites fast, 10Web’s AI builder could be central to your delivery model. The same applies to freelance web designers who handle volume work and offer reseller hosting. The builder could be valuable if you want to scale without hiring additional developers.

You might even find the solution worth it if you offer website dev work as part of a broader service, such is the case with marketing agencies or hosts that offer concierge services. Instead of maintaining a larger development team or outsourcing the site builds, you can handle the website creation in-house.

The quick turnaround also makes it ideal for campaign landing pages and time-sensitive projects where users need results fast. As such, you can take ‘one-shot’ work at a higher turnover rate.

However, the builder will be of limited use if you exclusively build complex custom web applications or have users that require specialized functionality beyond ‘vanilla’ WordPress. The solution targets volume and efficiency that suits the hosting model of replacing a blank WordPress install with a custom site rather than completely custom, high-touch projects.

10Web’s White-Label Website Builder Review: Support and Documentation

The 10Web Help Center will be your user’s primary documentation resource. It has a lot of articles within but I couldn’t find a dedicated beginner’s guide.

The 10web Help Center.

There’s a ‘getting started’ entry, but this is more of an explanation of what the AI builder does. I suppose the AI Editor Basics post and the Setup Guide within the Partner Dashboard is the closest you have to the first steps.

I didn’t see too many images accompanying the text either. It means it’s hard to visualize workflows and processes before you get into the builder itself. However, I do appreciate the depth and context many of these entries provide. The Design and Layout categories cover some complex use cases, and it’s great that 10Web want to provide users with this information in a simple and understandable way.

General one-to-one support is through email and live chat. However, white label plans also come with a dedicated account manager and priority support. This is welcome and expected, and might also explain why there’s no dedicated setup guide.

When it comes to documentation for you, the 10Web API pages will be required reading. This focuses on the integration process, so you’ll want to devour the guidance to make the setup smooth.

10Web’s White-Label Website Builder Review: My Final Assessment

10Web’s white-label AI website builder lets you generate WordPress sites in an instant to help customers build on top of their blank WordPress installation. Meanwhile, you maintain your brand and existing relationships. The technology is reliable, the white-labeling is going to be welcome (and necessary), and the support on offer gives you the help you need. It gives you a way to move on from vanilla installations to something proactive from the start.

The solution deserves serious consideration if you need to provide a better user experience, improve your financial margins, and help your achieve your customer’s vision. While the documentation is sparse in places and there’s a lack of pricing guidance, the potential efficiency gains could do wonders for your website delivery model.
